Director of IT & CEO

Martin Ramirez has over twenty years experience in information technology across a variety of industries and roles. Mr. Ramirez is the founder of SouthWest Technical Support a firm focused on providing complete IT solutions to small businesses.

Martin started in the computer field while in the military, while stationed at Fort Campbell KY, where he was assigned to take part in the field testing of MSE communication equipment for future deployment to the entire division. Upon leaving the military, Mr. Ramirez quickly became the go to IT guy at various companies he was employed at.

Martin was then recruited by an IT Services firm where he quickly became the Sr. Consultant and was one of their best performers.

In 2003 Mr. Ramirez went on to start his own company, Southwest Technical Support, which specializes in technology sales and solutions. Southwest Technical Support has focused on client relationships and excellence in service, which has led to continued growth for the company and stable support for their clients.

Martin Ramirez is a board member of the DFW Network Chamber.
